In this follow along workout, we will attack the waistline by strengthening the core.
Today there will be a total of six exercises that will be performed in a HIIT-style workout. Each exercise will be performed twice for 30 seconds and resting 15 seconds between each set. You will complete as many reps as possible while using good form and a moderate tempo.
Exercises:
-Knee Tucks
*Round 2 will be a modified version
-Mountain Climbers
-Heel Touch
-Low to High Plank
-Russian Twist

-Side Crunch
