It's Full Body HIIT Friday! Make sure you're hydrated and motivated to get through this workout. You will perform 3 rounds of the this workout. You can follow along through the 1st round of the video below. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. You will take an additional 60 seconds rest between each round.


Exercises:

-Toe Taps

*For low impact don't jump during this exercise.

-Squat Jacks

*For low impact don't jump during this exercise.

-Jump Rope

-Skaters

-Release Pushups

-Flutter Kicks

-Plank Jacks

-Bicycles
